The need in South Africa has increased significantly. Fortunately, the GRCT now has 13 partners working hard on the ground to help as far as they can with the increased need. Thanks to our committed partners and our faithful supporters, the GRCT has also been able to respond positively to new requests for funding, and over the past few months we have taken on a number of projects.
The GRCT has a carefully considered reserves policy to make sure that it can, looking forward, meet its commitments. In addition, we have a strategy to increase our income over time through both fundraising and regular giving to maintain and, where necessary, increase our financial commitments to our projects, both longstanding and new.
